Returns & Cancellation
* All sales are final and non-refundable. However, in special cases, only merchandise exchanges or store credit may be issued.

| Return and exchange are not available for all sale items in 'On Sale' category. |
| Returns must be made no later than 15 days after receiving the merchandise. |
| CANCELLATION |
| To cancel orders, retail customers must contact via email (help@veritalane.com) and wholesale customers must contact via email (partners@veritalane.com) within 24 hours after placing the order. Cancellations require authorization before order completion. Confirmed cancellations will be reflected by email after they have been approved. |
